This website belongs to Ram Engineering, #34 A, Reddy Street, Nerkundram, Chennai 600107. When this page says “we”, it means Ram Engineering.
You can reach us on +91 99400 49505 or 044 2827 5161, and by email at [email protected]. Office hours are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
The sections below cover what the enquiry form asks for, what we do with a photo, a document or a CV you send us by WhatsApp or email, the map on our contact page, and how the website is served.
Enquiry Details
The enquiry form asks for your name, a phone number or email for our reply, your company and location (optional) and what you need. The page you sent it from, and the service it is about, go with it.
When you send it, the website emails these details to our own mailbox, [email protected]. The website keeps no copy of your enquiry, only its reference number for up to a day, so that the same enquiry sent twice reaches us once. A copy of your enquiry also goes into our own customer records, so that we can follow it up.
We use your details only to reply to you and to prepare a quotation. We do not sell them or share them with other companies for their own use, and we do not put your contact details into website analytics.
We keep enquiry emails and the CVs sent to us for 2 years, and then delete them.
We use the photos and documents you send us by WhatsApp or email, such as a nameplate, a part’s marking or a drawing, only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quotation. We keep them like enquiry emails, for 2 years, and then delete them.
Job Applications
Applications for our jobs reach us by email at [email protected], or by phone or WhatsApp. The website has no upload form and stores no CV.
Your Details
To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, email [email protected] and we will reply within 3 working days.
