What to Send for an Offer
To start, send us:
- The machine: its make, model and serial number; a photo of the nameplate will do.
- The oil it dries, and how wet it arrives: a water-content result helps if you have one.
- Running hours from the hour meter, and the dates of the last service and the last vacuum pump oil change.
- What you see: the vacuum it reaches now, any fault message, or drying that has slowed.
- For our LVDH at your plant: the oil, and how many litres a month. Send photos on WhatsApp to +91 99400 49505 or by email to [email protected].
What an LVDH Machine Does, and What It Needs
An LVDH (low vacuum dehydration) machine dries oil. Its heater warms the oil, which is then spread thin in a chamber held under vacuum, where water boils off at a low temperature. The vacuum pump carries the vapour away, and a discharge pump sends the dry oil on through a filter. It takes out free, emulsified and dissolved water and dissolved gas; it is not made to take out sludge or varnish.
Everything depends on holding the vacuum and heating the oil. A slow leak, wet pump oil, a burnt-out heater or a sticking float switch each shows up as drying that is slower than before, or as a machine that stops.
Your LVDH, or Ours: The Two Contracts
Which contract suits depends on what you own. With an LVDH machine of your own, the first keeps it holding its vacuum and heating properly; filter elements and the vacuum pump’s oil are consumables, charged extra at actuals. If you have none, the second brings ours to your plant for the volume you commit to; our team runs it on the dates you agree. Tell us how wet the oil is: it decides whether a vacuum machine is enough. Send the details above to begin. Our team can come and see the unit and the oil at your plant, and the offer then states the scope and the dates.
Maintenance of Your Own LVDH Machine
We maintain the LVDH machine you own, whatever its make, under a contract valid for 12 months.
The contract covers 4 preventive maintenance visits a year, one each quarter. On each visit we inspect, calibrate and clean the unit and its parts, and test that it works.
It also covers 2 emergency or breakdown visits within the contract, and minor adjustments and troubleshooting during the visits.
Spare parts, consumables and major replacements are charged extra, at actuals. We also supply LVDH spares, and if your machine is waiting for spares, ask about renting ours in the meantime.
Filtration With Our LVDH Machine at Your Plant
We filter your oil at your plant with our own LVDH machine. You commit to a volume of oil, for example 4,000 litres a month.
You give us a place at your plant to keep our machine, and a working space for our team.
Our team comes on the agreed dates and carries out the filtration.
What We Check on Each Visit
Each preventive visit inspects, calibrates, cleans and tests the unit and its parts, for example these, numbered as in the drawing.
Inlet Strainer and Filter
The inlet filter elements checked, and changed when they are due. A choked strainer or element slows the oil into the chamber.
Heater
The heaters checked. A burnt-out heater leaves the oil too cool to dry well.
Vacuum Chamber and Float Switches
The float switches and level controls tested, and the seals and gaskets checked, because the chamber must hold its vacuum.
Condenser and Water Drain
On units that have one, the condenser’s water pot and drain checked.
Vacuum Pump
The vacuum pump and its oil checked: wet pump oil lowers the vacuum.
Discharge Pump and Outlet Filter
The solenoid valves and the discharge pump checked, and the outlet filter element changed when it is due.
Test Run
A test run on your oil, with minor adjustments and troubleshooting
Between Our Visits: Checks Your Operators Can Make
Your manual sets the intervals and the limits. Before anyone opens the machine, follow the maker’s sequence: lock out the electrical supply, check that stored electrical energy has discharged, let the pump motors stop completely, release the vacuum and any pressure, and let the heaters and oil cool.
| Your own check | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| A log sheet: date, hour-meter reading, vacuum, oil temperature, water content, pump oil changes and remarks | A slow change shows in a log, not on one day. Send us its last pages with your enquiry. |
| Vacuum pump oil, through its sight glass | Milky or low oil needs changing or topping up, with the grade and at the interval the pump’s manual gives. |
| Vacuum hold, only by the model’s own isolation and test procedure | With the chamber isolated as the procedure sets, a vacuum that falls faster than the manual allows points to a leak at a gasket, valve seal or coupling. Simply stopping a machine that vents automatically does not test for a leak. |
| How long the chamber takes to fill | A much longer fill than usual points to a choked inlet or line strainer. |
| Oil temperature against its set value | Oil that stays cool points to the heater or its supply; one that runs past the set value, to the temperature control. |
| An overload trip on a pump motor | Leave the machine stopped until a competent person has found the cause: wet pump oil, a worn drive belt or an electrical fault may be responsible. Call us. |
| The water pot and the filter and chamber drains | Drain them as the manual sets out: a full condensate pot can trip a high-level switch and stop the machine. |
Case study
Hydraulic Oil Dried and Cleaned With Our LVDH at an Aluminium Plant
The situation. In Andhra Pradesh, an aluminium plant had called us for hydraulic oil purification in 2023, 2024 and 2025, each time to take sediment, water and carbon particles out of the oil. In 2026 it also took our LVDH vacuum dehydration unit, which dries oil that has water in it.
What we did. Our invoice of 14 January 2026 charges 20 days of rental of our LVDH at the plant. The machine heats the oil and spreads it thin in a vacuum chamber, where the water boils away at a low temperature and the vacuum pump carries the vapour off. Our invoice of 11 February 2026 charges the purification of the plant’s hydraulic oil with the LVDH unit, in three lots.
The result. The three lots came to 14,800 litres of hydraulic oil purified. We have held an LVDH AMC at this plant, but these two invoices are for rental and filtration, not for a contract. We hold no water-content results for this job, so none is given.
Where: Andhra Pradesh, 2026.
What Your Site Provides
Our past offers put these in the customer’s scope; your offer confirms them.
- Visits to your machine: entry, permits and gate passes. Electrical isolation of the machine, and isolation of its oil lines, before the unit is opened. Power for the test run, and oil to run on.
- Waste: disposal of drained water, used elements and waste oil through an authorised recycler.
- Our LVDH at your plant: a spot to keep the unit, power, working room for our team, and the volume of oil you committed to.
- For jobs outside Chennai, travel and stay for our team are included in the quote.

Where We Have Done This
We have held an LVDH AMC at a plant in Andhra Pradesh. On our invoices, our own LVDH unit worked at a plant in that state in 2026: 20 days of rental (invoiced in January), then 14,800 litres of hydraulic oil purified with it (invoiced in February). Those invoices are for rental and filtration, not for a contract.
Questions Buyers Ask
Do you maintain any make of LVDH machine?
Yes. We maintain the machine you own, whatever its make. Send its make, model and serial number when you enquire.
Are spare parts included?
No. Filter elements, vacuum pump oil and other consumables, spare parts such as a heater or a float switch, and major replacements are charged extra, at actuals. The visits, minor adjustments and troubleshooting are part of the contract.
What do we provide for filtration with your LVDH machine?
A place at your plant to keep our machine, and a working space for our team. You commit to a volume of oil, for example 4,000 litres a month, and our team comes on the agreed dates.
How wet can the oil be?
A vacuum machine works best on oil that does not carry much free water. If the oil is badly wet, our heated centrifuge unit usually goes first, and the LVDH finishes the job where the oil must be drier. Say how wet it is, if you know, and we will tell you what is needed.
Does the contract replace the maker’s schedule?
No. Your manual sets its own intervals, for example for the vacuum pump oil. The visits keep the machine in order between them.
Is the water content tested?
The contract scope does not list oil tests. If you want the water content measured before and after, ask for it when you enquire. Our NABL-accredited partner laboratory does the test.
Can I rent an LVDH machine instead?
We rent out our own LVDH unit. Tell us the oil, how much of it and for how long.
How is the contract priced?
The price depends on the machine and on which kind of contract you choose, so we quote for each enquiry.
