Filtration Machine Operator Jobs in Chennai
Ram Engineering is hiring 20 machine operators in Chennai to run our oil filtration and flushing machines at customers’ plants.
The job
Run the Machines That Clean a Plant’s Oil
A machine operator works with the oil itself. On each job you run one of our machines at the customer’s plant: you set up the hoses, watch the machine while it runs and take the oil samples. A supervisor leads the site team.
Our oil filtration heats the oil while it is filtered, so that it flows thinner. A centrifuge then separates the sediment, the carbon particles and the water from the oil; water dissolved in the oil is left for a vacuum dehydrator. Flushing is a different run: oil is circulated through a machine’s pipework at high flow to carry dirt out before the machine goes back into service.
You do not need to have run these machines before. Freshers can apply, and training is one of the benefits listed below.
